About the role

To support existing Medicare members, the full-time Florida Licensed Healthcare Agent will engage in service-focused conversations, handling inbound and outbound calls to educate and assist members with their coverage while working remotely. Key responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing Medicare members, focusing on retention and issue resolution Guide members through their coverage options without high-pressure tactics Meet performance expectations around call quality and member engagement metrics Required qualifications Active Health or Health & Life license Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience Comfortable working across multiple software systems Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
