Server - B-Liner

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide attentive, personalized service to members and guests throughout the dining experience Develop strong knowledge of seasonal menus, daily features, wines, cocktails, and beverage offerings Communicate the story and sourcing behind menu items, including local and sustainable ingredients Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and service standards are met Anticipate guest needs and respond professionally and efficiently to requests or concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, side stations, and service equipment Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and side work Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service execution Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor consistent with private club service standards
