About the role

Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge business requirements with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain understanding (preferably in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing), deep expertise in Oracle CPQ, and the ability to drive end-to-end implementations while engaging effectively with business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to understand processes, workflows, and industry-specific terminology Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents Design and implement end-to-end Oracle CPQ (OCPQ) solutions Leverage seeded functionalities and standard features effectively Provide guidance on feature combinations and solution architecture Collaborate for integrations and enterprise alignment Support configuration, customization, testing, and deployment Drive workshops, requirement discussions, and walkthroughs Ensure quality documentation and adherence to standards Must-Have Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of hand-on experience on Oracle CPQ Proven experience in end-to-end OCPQ implementations Strong understanding of Manufacturing or Oil & Gas domain Ability to create functional and technical documentation Deep knowledge of CPQ architecture, configuration, commerce, and integrations Experience in integration concepts (APIs, web services, middleware) Exposure to Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and Oracle EBS JDE knowledge is an added advantage Strong stakeholder communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in global or multi-geo implementations Exposure to complex pricing and approval workflows Understanding of master data dependencies Ability to guide business on best practices Core Competencies Business-to-technology translation capability Stakeholder communication and consulting mindset Structured problem-solving approach Ability to work in complex enterprise environments
