About the role

Southland Holdings is seeking a seasoned Heavy Equipment Shop Supervisor to lead the Burleson, TX maintenance shop for our active construction projects. You will oversee a team of mechanics and technicians, drive preventive maintenance, and ensure timely repairs while maintaining safety and OSHA compliance. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and the ability to coordinate with project stakeholders to optimize equipment readiness and uptime in a demanding field
