About the role

Full-Time Diet ClerkWe are looking to add a skilled and experienced Full-Time Diet Clerk to our Cura Hospitality team in Natchitoches, LA. As a Diet Clerk, you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining nutritional data software. Inputting nutritional information. Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content.

What we're looking for

Must-haves: Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field. Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs. At least one years' experience in nutrition or related field.

Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of SureQuest Food Service Management Systems.
