We are on the hunt for a talented, hands-on, Sr Cloud Developer to possibly help lead the implementation of our company's cloudarchitecture and position in cloud environments. You will play a strategic rolein building and maintaining all cloud systems including the front-endplatforms, back-end services, servers, storage, and networks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloudcomputing and technology systems, as well as experience designing and maintainingapplications in the cloud, specifically AWS. You should have a positiveattitude and excellent communication skills to effectively share yourknowledge. Additionally, this senior team member will be responsible formentoring and developing team members. Collaborate regularly with otherengineers, product managers, and business team members Have a passion for learning andexploring new technologies Participate and contribute to thevarious project development stages from inception to release Design, develop and maintain reference materialsassociated with our infrastructure and best practices Analyze complex ideas or proposals andbuild a range of meaningful recommendations Support existing applications Develop clean, readable, structuredcode solutions that provide desired functionality and adhere to specificationsby studying information needs. Write, refactor, and test front-end andback-end systems Mentor on best practices associatedwith clean coding, test driven development, and decoupled microservicearchitecture Regularly evaluate vendor cloudapplications, hardware, and software Education/Experience Requirements Strong experience with Big Data applications. Our stack includes: Typescript, Node, React, Dynamo, .NET, DynamoDB, Snowflake and Databricks and Spark Additionally, good with DevOps technologiesincluding AWS, Lambda, and Docker Knowledge of version control systems; we work with Git (GitHub) but similar experience is acceptable Experience with unit and integrationtesting Familiar with CI/CD technologies andworkflow Experience with Microservices, Functions, Event-driven/reactive programming or other Cloud Nativearchitectures AWS Cloud Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional) Experience withfront-end frameworks such as React, VueJs, or Angular is a plus Familiaritywith Airflow, Databricks, Parque, Snowflake, Spark, and Tableau will be valued
