About the role

Leading the charge in a hybrid executive role, the full-time Enterprise Hoshin Leader will manage the Hoshin Kanri system and Transformation Office to drive Sustainable Productivity 2.0 across multiple functions while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the Hoshin Kanri system, cascading breakthrough objectives into actionable targets across business lines Lead cross-functional project teams, facilitating events and ensuring project sustainment and accountability Drive the transformation agenda by shifting the organization to a value-stream operating model and applying AI-first process re-imagination
Required Qualifications: 10-15+ years of experience leading large-scale organizations and driving industrial or technical transformations Expertise in Lean methodologies, Hoshin Kanri planning, and agile project management Proven track record in managing productivity programs and translating them into corporate environments Ability to influence executive stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Experience in AI-first operating models and integrating automated workflows into existing systems
