Experience in transforming traditional business models into cloud or subscription-based models, as well as a strong operating discipline with expertise in Salesforce, is essential. The CSO will also be expected to have a leadership profile that embodies the company's values, with a focus on customer trust, accountability, and a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
Preferred qualifications include experience in identity, cybersecurity, digital trust, AI security, or related enterprise technology markets, and a proven track record in leading commercial transformations and AI-enabled sales modernization initiatives.
