About the role
Seeking a results-oriented leader, the full-time Global Enablement Lead will manage the Digital Enablement Hub strategy, oversee account governance and performance management, and drive digital transformation initiatives in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a centralized system for global account governance and performance tracking
Lead the creation of a modern operational model utilizing digital solutions to automate administrative tasks
Develop and maintain standardized processes and communication strategies across global teams
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or digital transformation within a large organization
Proven experience in designing and managing governance frameworks for complex programs
Strong understanding of collaboration and project management tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams
Demonstrated ability in process mapping and creating effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field
