About the role

Lorum National Trust Bank seeks a senior fiduciary leader to design and run its trust function from day one. You will own fiduciary accounts, oversight, and policy, building a compliant framework with OCC guidance while shaping the future of custody and governance. You will partner with product, operations, and risk teams as the Bank grows, reporting to the Board. This is a founding role requiring strategic vision and hands-on execution.
