About the role
Providing leadership and subject matter expertise, the full-time Principal Accounting Process Analyst will enhance financial reporting integrity and operational processes while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
Lead and improve accounting, reporting, and operational processes to ensure accurate financial outcomes and compliance with business and regulatory requirements
Conduct complex analyses of financial and operational data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive process improvements
Support audits and internal control activities by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with established requirements
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, operations, or systems-related roles
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes, with the ability to apply these concepts across multiple areas
Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI) and financial systems to support process improvements
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across functions and communicate with a range of stakeholders, including leadership
