Job Description: Security Officer/Customer ServiceLocation: San Antonio TXWe are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Officer/Customer Service representative to join our team in San Antonio TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premisesAnswer alarms and investigate disturbancesPatrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gatesAnswer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closedProvide excellent customer service to all visitors and employeesComplete daily activity reports, incident reports, and other documentation as requiredPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentValid Texas driver's licenseAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 poundsIf you are a dedicated and reliable individual with a passion for customer service and security, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
