About the role

Grunley Construction Company Inc is seeking a Program Director to lead the pursuit and execution of CBP program work. You will build and manage a network of local subcontractors, direct pricing and proposals for task orders, and negotiate terms with CBP/DHS officials while overseeing delivery across a broad, remote geography. The role blends business development, subcontractor network building, and federal program operations, reporting to the President.
