About the role
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, X, and emerging channels
- Build and execute content strategies that support brand positioning, product launches, and scientific milestones
- Own editorial calendars and coordinate multi-channel content: long-form, short-form, visual, and video
- Partner with internal SMEs to distill technical/scientific information into clear, engaging, compliant messaging for target audiences
- Lead A/B testing for ad creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs and content performance; deliver actionable insights to refine strategy
- Support PR efforts and other marketing initiatives as needed
- Ensure all assets meet regulatory, brand, and quality standards for healthcare/life sciences
- Proficiency in paid social media management: campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and budget stewardship
- Experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and multi-channel content creation, ideally for healthcare or life sciences audiences
- Strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, and content editing with ability to simplify complex technical information
- Comfort with marketing analytics, performance tracking, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools including social ad managers, marketing automation platforms, and basic design or video tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare marketing is a plus, especially in highly regulated environments
- Excellent collaboration, project management, and time-management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
