About the role
*Must be local to Nashville area*Landscape Production Manager at SLS Services, responsible for leading landscape crews on projects throughout the Middle Tennessee area. Lead and manage landscaping crews on multiple simultaneous projects to ensure timely completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality control. Oversee the installation of landscape elements, ensuring adherence to design plans and quality standards Understand the scope of work and budgeted labor hours for projects to remain on time and on budget. Facilitate effective communication between team members, supervisors, and client representatives. Understand and accurately use the company software for managing work orders, crew time, and job costing. Maintain a safe work environment at all times; enforce the company safety protocols including proper wear of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Bilingual preferred but not required
