About the role
Owning a large segment of the fastest-growing customers, the full-time remote Growth Account Executive will manage expansion opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic engagement and product adoption.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for a significant book of customers, managing monthly recurring revenue
Track and manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities in the CRM, focusing on upsells, cross-sells, and renewals
Collaborate with various teams to identify and execute revenue expansion opportunities and ensure successful product adoption
Required qualifications
4+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in the healthcare sector
Experience with technical API-driven products and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A proactive approach to becoming a trusted advisor for customers and driving innovative solutions
Resourceful and self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
