If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where you can help local neighbors and small business owners, this is the place for you. Base pay of $16/hr plus performance-based incentive programs. A professional, stable work environment with NO delivery driving required. Provide world-class customer service to walk-in customers and phone inquiries. Expertly advise customers on shipping options, professional printing, and document finishing. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and specialized shipping/tracking software. Assist customers with professional printing, binding, and laminating projects. Take ownership of customer needs and offer viable solutions for shipping and logistics. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment. High school diploma or GED required. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or Adobe Suites experience is a plus).Ability to learn new software and retail processes in a short amount of time. Prompt, reliable, and professional in appearance. Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
