Ascot Group is seeking a Senior Vice President, Claims Strategy, Operations & Alternative Risk to drive the strategic vision for U.S. Claims. You will oversee Claims Operations, Strategy, TPA management and risk programs, delivering scalable operating models and measurable outcomes. You will partner with leadership across Claims, Underwriting, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Legal to enhance performance, governance, and customer outcomes, while embedding AI-enabled tools to improve decision
