About the Role:
We're looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join our core product team. You'll work alongside senior engineers to build features across our web app, APIs, and AI-driven search and outreach workflows. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, mentorship, and fast growth.
What You'll Do:
Build and ship features across our frontend (React/Type Script) and backend (Python/Node.js) services Design and consume REST APIs that power candidate search, profile enrichment, and outreach automation Integrate LLM-based features such as natural-language search, summarization, and message generation Write clean, tested, well-documented code and take part in code reviews Debug production issues and improve performance, reliability, and user experience Work with product and design to turn user feedback into working features Learn and apply good engineering practices: version control, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and OOPProficiency in at least one language such as Python, Java Script/Type Script, or Java Familiarity with web development basics and REST APIsProjects, internships, open-source contributions, or hackathons that show you build things Curiosity about AI/LLMs and a willingness to learn quickly Clear communication and a collaborative attitude
Nice to Have:
Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or RAGExposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and Docker Understanding of recruiting, HR tech, or CRM workflows
