About the role

Providing direct support to OEM automotive dealership technicians, the full-time Trainee Delivery Operations will assist in diagnosing software issues related to vehicle modules and systems from an office in Farmington Hills, MI, while leveraging OEM diagnostic tools and ensuring timely issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Provide initial responses to dealers and acknowledge issues Utilize OEM remote diagnostic tools to deliver solutions via phone and a ticketing portal Coordinate with engineering teams for repair guidance and escalate unresolved issues professionally Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Basic automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting experience Comfort with Microsoft Office applications and intermediate typing skills (~25 WPM) Ability to work shifts within operational hours, including evenings and Saturdays One or more years of contact support center experience preferred
