About the role

RTX is seeking a Senior Production Test Engineering Section Manager (Onsite) in Massachusetts to lead a team on critical test activities on the factory floor. You will drive staffing, ensure technical quality, and coordinate with central and strategic teams to meet program needs. Ideal candidates will have a STEM degree with 10+ years’ experience, a track record in manufacturing test, knowledge of lean principles, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
