About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent will provide on-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens, carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, and trimming, and ensure production quality and compliance with regulations. Core duties include moving plants, transplanting, facility cleaning, and accurate documentation of plant tracking and lot numbers.
