Antipasti/Salad Station CookVoted Best Italian Restaurant in Hawaii by Honolulu Magazine's Hale 'Aina Awards for 12 consecutive years, Arancino blends classic Italian flavors with a modern twist, using premium ingredients from Italy and fresh, locally sourced products from Hawaii. We have two locations in Waikiki and one at The Kahala Hotel. We're seeking a skilled Antipasti/Salad Station Cook to prepare beautiful, flavorful starters and fresh salads that set the tone for our guests' dining experience. If you have a passion for Italian cuisine and attention to detail, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare antipasti and salads according to recipes and plating standards
- Wash, chop, and portion fresh ingredients daily
- Arrange dishes with precision and artistry
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
What We're Looking For:
- Previous kitchen or cold station experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and attention to presentation
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently during peak service
- Team player with a positive, professional attitudeAM/PM availability preferred
