About the role
The Senior Business Support/Administrator will provides business support for Advanced Materials & Chemicals and Corporate Functions onsite in Rochester, New York. While not all duties listed below will be performed by one individual, the role will provide opportunities for cross-training and exposure to all aspects of the Senior Business Support function across Eastman Kodak.Possible Focus Areas:Human Resources• Assists Human Resources leadership with tasks related to Community Affairs.• Corporate Internship/ Apprenticeship program development.• Volunteer programs / Special events (i.e.: Holiday caring event)/ Service Anniversaries.• Prepare compensation letters, filing for personnel files, immigration, and resignation emails to supervisors.• Filing termination or immigration paperwork.• Managing the HR mail distribution inbox.• Ordering purchase cards for various departments.• Organize tours for outside companies: itinerary, scheduling, transportation, badges, conference rooms, food & beverages.• Work closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant for scheduling meetings and trips to Rochester.• Work closely with Purchasing for new vendor setup, consulting agreements, supplies, and equipment.Investor Relations• Shareholder Tracker.Legal• Corporate Legal filings that need administering for Executive members (i.e., lobbying, business census survey, etc.)• Monitoring State (California) compliance phone line & inbox, replying to Community Affairs inbox requests.Marketing• Brand Management: Administering Site Access for Employees and Customers.• Working with other Business support teams for any Marketing materials or events that need coordination.• Corporate sponsorship tracker.Information Technology• Assist IT management with the coordination of corporate filings/ reporting dictated by corporate functions, Crisis Management/Critical Contact Notification processes as needed.• Assist IT management with Labor tracking for the Monthly headcount process, internship program coordination and contractor provisioning.Advanced Materials & Chemicals ManufacturingCreate Purchase Orders, invoice follow-up for approvals, verification of goods receipts, and approval of invoices for payment.Orders via purchasing cards and eBay for parts.Work closely with Purchasing for new vendor setup, consulting agreements, supplies, and equipment.Organize tours for outside companies: itinerary, scheduling, transportation, badges, conference rooms, food & beverages.Work closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant for scheduling meetings and trips to Rochester, NY.Preferred Skills/Knowledge:• Minimum High school diploma/GED AND 2-5 years of relevant experience providing business support, administrative assistance, etc.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer skills.• Understanding of business processes and administrative functions.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output.• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
