This is a highly visible role for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate what is needed before being asked. Day to Day: Coordinate meetings, events, and travel, managing the details and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Manage incoming communication and requests, organizing emails, calls, and messages so important matters are addressed quickly. Track projects, commitments, and follow-ups, staying on top of deadlines and outstanding items. Prepare information for meetings and decisions, organizing documents, notes, research, and key details. Conduct research and gather information on business needs, projects, and special initiatives to help make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of Assistant/ Administrative experience preferred.
  • High-energy, organized, with strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and learns from mistakes
  • Comfortable providing both executive and personal support.
  • Experience with Microsoft Workspace skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
