- Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues safely and efficiently
- Install, maintain, and service electrical systems and components
- Perform electrical upgrades, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Deliver a professional, five-star customer experience during every service call
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of residential wiring, circuits, panels, and electrical systems
- Ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
- RequirementsValid Driver's License
- Must be at least 21 years of age to meet company driving requirements
