Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate active calendars in a fast-moving environment Schedule, confirm, and follow up on meetings and appointments Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams via phone and email Maintain organized files and records in accordance with office procedures Provide administrative and operational support as needed Assist with day-to-day office coordination and team initiatives
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling phone conversations and engaging with people daily Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Motivated by growth opportunities, performance, and a fast-paced team culture
