About the role
Oceana Gold's Haile Gold Mine is seeking a Manager to lead the Paste Plant, Leach Circuit upgrade, and associated surface processing infrastructure. This role reports to the Asset President and involves cross-functional coordination with engineering, construction, and operations teams across a 2-year fixed-term project. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, safety, and risk while delivering operational readiness.
