About the role

Providing comprehensive support to new users, the full-time Financial Onboarding Success Advisor will manage onboarding processes, deliver training, and assist with inquiries related to FACTS products in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities: Support institutions implementing FACTS products/services and follow up on training plans Provide phone support for onboarding inquiries and coordinate post-configuration data exchanges Conduct online training sessions and contribute to documentation and training materialsRequired qualifications: Associate degree in a related field (Bachelor's preferred) Three years of experience in product service or onboarding preferred Solid working knowledge of FACTS/NBS Financial and SIS products Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent customer service experience with the ability to instruct clients effectively
