About the role

Dobbs Truck Group is seeking a Benefits, Leave and Claims Manager to lead the administration of employee benefits, leave of absence, workplace accommodations, and workers' compensation programs. You will oversee daily operations, manage one direct report, and partner with payroll, HR, brokers, carriers, and legal counsel to ensure compliant, timely delivery. You will drive open enrollment, benefits design reviews, and ongoing program improvement while maintaining accurate records and reporting.
