Help passengers travel safely and comfortably. C&L Executive Transportation is hiring professional motorcoach operators for local charter service and out-of-town trips requiring overnight stays. We transport school groups, athletic teams, organizations, and private charter passengers. We are looking for dependable drivers who take pride in safe driving, professional service, and caring for their passengers. Pay and schedule Local assignments: $19 per hour, based on paid hours worked. Out-of-town assignments requiring an overnight stay: Up to $310 per day. Assignment schedules vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and multi-day travel. Hours and earnings depend on available assignments. Responsibilities:
Operate a motorcoach safely and follow company procedures and applicable transportation regulations. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report mechanical concerns. Follow itineraries and communicate with dispatch about timing, route changes, and passenger needs. Maintain accurate electronic logs and required trip records. Assist with boarding and luggage as needed. Keep the coach clean and presentable. Treat passengers, customers, and coworkers with courtesy and respect.
Qualifications:
Valid CDL Class A or B with a passenger endorsement and no restriction preventing operation of an air-brake-equipped motorcoach. Current DOT medical certification. Driving history that meets company and insurance requirements. Ability to meet applicable driver qualification, drug and alcohol testing, and background screening requirements. Strong communication skills, dependable attendance, and a professional approach. Motorcoach or charter-bus experience preferred. Drivers with other passenger-bus experience are encouraged to apply.
