Ascentec Engineering Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Director or Senior Manager of Research & Development – Friction Stir Welding (FSW) to lead the expansion of advanced joining technologies. This role involves developing a technology roadmap, managing customer-funded R&D programs, and transforming FSW into a strategic growth platform.
The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in friction stir welding, strong leadership skills, and experience with defense and aerospace applications. This position is on-site with a 10% travel expectation.
