Are you an organized, tech-savvy project coordinator who thrives in fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities? We are seeking a Learning Coordinator to support a high-visibility capability development initiative within a large supply chain organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex programs, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and keeping projects on track from planning through execution.
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Preferred) | Remote considered for highly qualified candidates
Pay Rate: Up to $35/hour
Duration: 18-Month Contract with possible extension
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMOccasional in-office days but mostly remote
What You'll Do: Coordinate and manage a large-scale capability development roadmap spanning multiple workstreams Support talent acceleration and leadership development programs Track action plans, key deliverables, milestones, and project timelines Schedule and facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews Create impactful Power Point presentations and communications for leadership audiences Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports Manage project plans and workflows using Smartsheet and other project management tools Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple systems to support decision-making Leverage AI tools such as Copilot to improve reporting, dashboards, and efficiency Coordinate logistics for capability-building sessions and workshops Identify potential risks, roadblocks, and dependencies before they impact project timelines Partner with stakeholders across Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Supply Chain functions What We're Looking For 3+ years of program coordination, project coordination, learning & development, HR, talent management, or related experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience tracking projects, timelines, action items, and stakeholder communications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required Technical Skills: Smartsheet (highly preferred)Microsoft Power Point Microsoft Excel Share Point Experience learning and adapting to new technologies Basic familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Git Hub Copilot Top Priorities Strong Smartsheet experience Tech-savvy and adaptable with new tools and systems Experience coordinating learning, talent, HR, or enterprise-wide programs Ability to manage many moving pieces and proactively solve problems Self-starter mentality with excellent follow-through Preferred Experience supporting Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR, or capability-building initiatives Ability to attend occasional in-person meetings, workshops, or project sessions in Cincinnati If you enjoy bringing structure to complex initiatives, collaborating across functions, and keeping critical programs moving forward, we'd love to hear from you.
