About the role

Solo Founders in San Francisco is hiring a one-person production engine to shoot, edit, and clip the show end-to-end. You’ll own the weekly cadence, run the room on shoot days, and deliver final packaging in our visual language. This hands-on role blends craft and operations: you’ll build a production pipeline from capture to publish, experiment with AI, and help extend the content engine across clips, social, and newsletters.
