About the role

Administrative Assistant Ascendo Resources is hiring Bilingual Administrative Assistants for immediate placement. Are you organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in more than one language? We're looking for experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistants to fill roles across diverse industries and companies.
What You'll Do: Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination Handle correspondence, data entry, and document preparation Support multiple team members and departments Communicate with bilingual clients, vendors, and staff Maintain files, databases, and office organization Coordinate travel, events, and special projects Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For: 3+ years of administrative or office support experience Bilingual fluency (English + Spanish preferred)Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication in both languages Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and positive attitude High attention to detail
