About the role

Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an experienced Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a travel-ready team. You will provide endocrine care for residents across multiple facilities in New York, manage diabetes and thyroid conditions, and collaborate with off-site physicians using our care-management system. The role requires an NP/PA license, an active DEA, at least 6 months in long-term care, and a Master’s in Nursing.
