About the role
Opportunity with a growing contractor in the Los Angeles area. Looking for an experienced Estimator with leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead all pre-construction and estimating efforts for drywall, metal-framing and wood framing projects Ensure your division has competitive, accurate, and profitable bids Review and approve all major bids prior to submission Evaluate labor requirements, define project scope, and assess schedule constraints
Qualifications:
Expert knowledge in Quick Bid, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office 10+ years of estimating experience within drywall, metal-framing, and wood framing scopes on projects in industries such as multifamily, commercial, tenant improvement, and core & shell Ability to manage multiple high-value bids while maintaining accuracy and competitiveness
