Ironclad is looking for a Lead Counsel, Employment and Litigation in San Francisco to serve as the primary employment law advisor and contribute to broader compliance, litigation, and risk management as the company scales. This hybrid role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and works closely with People and Legal leadership on employment issues, investigations, and policy development while guiding AI-related compliance and privilege guidance.
