Job Description: Build What Matters in Green Cove Springs Imagine starting your day putting real things together — metal components, hydraulic parts, and subassemblies that become products people rely on. As a Precision Mechanical Assembly Technician, you’ll work hands-on in a non-climate controlled environment where your craftsmanship and focus turn parts into finished assemblies. A Day in the Role On your chosen shift, you’ll move between stations assembling various products, reading measurements with a ruler, and operating machinery to shape and secure metals and other components. You’ll check your work carefully, collaborate with teammates, and keep production moving safely and efficiently. Compensation & Schedule Assembler $18 - 21/hr, Depending on experience Potential to earn over $50,000 annually with steady hours 1st shift: 5am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday 2nd shift: 3:30pm to 2am, Monday to Friday What You’ll Tackle Assemble a variety of products in a non-climate controlled environment Work directly with metals and related components Operate machinery to support fabrication and assembly
