About the role
Full Time TellerWe are seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our team in Canton. The successful candidate must be a reliable, detail-oriented individual with customer service skills, be able to promote and explain bank services and products, process financial transactions accurately, ensure compliance with all processes pertaining to bank policies and procedures and to all banking regulations, and recognize customer needs to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
Providing excellent customer service by assisting with account inquiries, helping resolve customer concerns, and recommending bank products and services.
Balancing cash drawers, ATMs, and vaults while maintaining security and reporting discrepancies.
Ensuring compliance with bank policies, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and fraud prevention standards.
Supporting team operations, collaborating on strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications and requirements include:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required.
Excellent communication skills, ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly, dependable and trustworthy.
Previous banking experience preferred.
