About the role
Seeking a creative and analytical Remote Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, this full-time position will focus on improving website performance and conversion rates through data-driven strategies, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis.
Key responsibilities:
Perform audits of web analytics implementations and recommend improvements for accurate tracking
Utilize heatmap analysis, session recordings, and user testing to identify pain points and enhance conversion rates
Develop and execute optimization strategies and testing plans based on qualitative and quantitative data
Required qualifications:
Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and user experience improvement
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major website content management systems like WordPress and Shopify
Familiarity with heatmap analysis tools and AI-driven CRO strategies
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Ability to analyze and turn data into actionable recommendations
