Headquartered in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, Drees operates in twelve metropolitan areas: Responsibilities/Qualifications Drees Homes is seeking friendly candidates to fill our Receptionist position in the Raleigh Division. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the reception area, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors at the Raleigh office. You will also assist and serve as a back-up for various administrative and clerical responsibilities. Answer telephone and direct calls to the appropriate person. Process trade contractor and vendor invoices in a timely and acccurate manner. Process purchase order and field purchase order payments in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare andd process check requests for application packages, including but not limited to, permit, water, sewer, and septic feeds as required by each jurisdiction. Upload and maintain pertinent permit documentation in job docs including, permits, job cards, engineering files, truss layouts, site plans, and related materials. Compire necessary documents for Builder Start Packet for transfer to construction prior to job start. Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager. Knowledge and Skills: +2 years of administrative, office coordination, or accounting support experience Exceptional phone etiquette, communication and customer service skills Experience processing invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments Experience in construction, homebuilding, or permitting environment is a plus Strong technical skills, proficient in MS Office programs Word, Excel and Outlook Familiarity with permit processing systems, document amangement tools (e.g. Job Docs), and vendor compliance tracking Must be organized and detail-minded with a high level of accuracy and accountability Must be able to lift 25 lbs High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is nice to have Premier Benefits to Support YOU: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental and vision Life, AD&D, and critical illness insurance Wellness rewards 401(k) savings plan Profit Sharing Paid time off increasing with tenure Tuition reimbursement Long and short disability and Parental leave Employee discount program on the purchase of a Drees Home Employee Assistance Program and much more!
