Role Description: This is a part-time remote role for a Marketing Director. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and overseeing marketing plans, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, leading sales initiatives, and driving effective strategies to enhance brand visibility. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overarching business goals.
Qualifications: Proficiency in Market Planning and developing strategic approaches to reach target audiencesStrong skills in Marketing Management and implementing effective campaignsExperience in Market Research to analyze trends and consumer needsKnowledge of Marketing practices and proven ability to drive results in branding and promotionExperience in Sales to complement the marketing initiatives and drive revenue growthStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environmentPrevious experience in the real estate industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
