About the role

Planet Fitness is hiring a Front Desk Associate to deliver a warm, member-focused experience at our club. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, answer questions, process sign-ups, and promote our Judgement Free Zone. The role requires strong communication, a willingness to learn during training, and a commitment to a clean, welcoming environment. Expect to handle phones, sign-ups, tours for new members, and supportive club operations.
