About the role
CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Director of Legal (Government) to lead our government contracting and regulatory program. You will partner with executives on risk assessment, compliance, and strategic deals across U.S. and international regimes.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will build scalable policies, supervise outside counsel, and mentor a growing legal team while ensuring adherence to FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and export controls.
