You'll keep our front office and day-to-day operations running smoothly while providing exceptional service to employees, candidates, visitors, vendors, and business partners. You'll also support our Claims Administration team, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the insurance business while assisting agents and policyholders with a variety of service needs. If you're someone who loves helping people, staying organized, and being the person everyone can count on to keep things moving, this could be a great fit!Key Responsibilities:Create a Great First ImpressionWelcome employees, candidates, vendors, and visitors; manage incoming calls and building access; and help create a professional, friendly front-office experience.Keep the Office Running SmoothlyCoordinate office and breakroom supplies, mail and packages, facilities requests, and vendor needs while helping maintain an organized and welcoming workplace. You'll also support company meetings, events, and employee activities with food, refreshments, supplies, and other logistics.Support Our Customers & Claims TeamProvide friendly and professional support to agents, policyholders, vendors, and other partners. You'll assist with service requests, enter policy and loss information, process documentation and correspondence, help dispatch new claims, and provide administrative support to the Claims team.Be a Go-To ResourceHelp solve everyday questions and challenges, communicate information clearly, and connect employees, customers, and visitors with the right resources, all while protecting confidential information and delivering the level of service Olympus is known for.What You'll Bring:High school diploma or GED.At least 2 years of office administration, office coordination, receptionist, or similar administrative experience.Professional customer service experience and a genuine enjoyment of helping others.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and interruptions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.Ability to work independently while collaborating with employees across the organization.Experience with office operations, facilities, meetings, events, or the property & casualty insurance industry is a plus.EEO ComplianceOlympus Insurance Company is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
