About the role

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Learning and Development Leader for our Frisco City, AL lumber mill. You will develop SOPs, create training videos, and lead PBM and supervisor development while embedding safety and process discipline across the plant workforce. You will partner with Plant and HR leadership to implement standardized procedures, measure onboarding and training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
