About the role

Customer Service Clerk The Customer Service Clerk will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support and promote efficient departmental operations. This position requires a candidate that delivers excellent service standards and maintains high organizational standards. Responsibilities Processing product returns credits, debits, denials and maintaining supporting spreadsheets Sorting, matching, and distributing of daily generated credit memos and supporting documentation Reception support, including phone coverage and guest intake Providing commercial invoice and export documentation for customer orders crossing international borders Preparing and mailing invoices and statements daily Maintaining files and records both physically and virtually so they remain updated and easily accessible Monitor stock of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report shortages Various clerical data entry and periodic customer contact center support Perform other office duties as assigned Qualifications/Skills/Requirements: Proficient in PC business applications such as MS Office. Word and Excel experience is required. Must be capable of using AS/400 based system, J.D. Edwards experience is a plus. High degree of accuracy with numerical data entry Strong written and verbal communication skills are required Candidate must be team oriented with a stellar attendance record.
