This Clinical Manager position is for the oncology service line at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. This is a full time night position - 4 shifts per week including weekend coverage based on the operational needs of the service line. Night Shift 7PM-5AM including weekend coverage and some flex required based on operational needs of the service line. Coverage for the oncology service line. Preferred Criteria: Previous management experience Masters Degree preferred or attaining Certification in oncology Two years of acute care oncology RN experience Required Criteria: At least two years of acute care RN Experience Bachelor's degree in nursing Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)BCLS certification Excellent oral and written communication skills Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
