Overview
In this role you shape Thought Spot’s global organic social voice, turning complex AI and analytics into compelling narratives. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and executives to drive brand conviction across channels, blending product-first storytelling with strategic amplification. You’ll own measurement, optimization, and pay-augmented social initiatives, leveraging AI tooling to scale content and impact. This is a high-visibility role that directly influences Thought Spot’s global brand narrative and growth.

Responsibilities Define and own Thought Spot’s global organic social strategy across Linked In, X, You Tube, Reddit, and Instagram with a product-first point of view Collaborate with Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns and Creative on social activations and campaigns ensuring continuity from evergreen content to demand generation Serve as strategic social advisor to the executive team, manage executive social presences, and coach leaders on platform best practices Track, analyze and report cross-platform metrics; provide data-driven insights to inform future campaigns Own budget for social tools (Sprout Social, Sprout Employee Advocacy) and creator partnerships; lead best-practice communications across the business
Key requirements 6-8+ years in social media management or digital marketing with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role at a B2B technology company Deep platform expertise across Linked In, X, You Tube, Reddit and Instagram; understanding of organic and paid synergy Strong point of view on product-first social strategy for visually engaging B2B content Experience developing executive social presences and advising senior leaders in high-visibility environmentsAI-first mindset with experience using modern AI tools to enhance content and listening Strong cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, webinars/events, field, and demand gen teams Excellent written communication with a premium enterprise brand voice, including video design/production sensibilitiescross-functional collaborationstrategic storytellingownership and accountability Linked InXYou Tube
